Putting together these three elements for this composition was an exercise in creating balance and calm in a still life. so much of our modern lives are busy chaos. I paint to find calm and ease. The moment's collection is a response to the hectic everyday life. I want to create these moments of peace where the viewer walks by and remembers to breathe and get momentarily lost in the painting to restore balance to the day.
